Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) has officially announced the revised schedule for Upazila Education Officer – ATEO Exam. The written (MCQ type) examination for the post of Assistant Upazila/Thana Education Officer (10th Grade) – ATEO will be held on September 12, 2025.
ATEO Exam Date 2025: Revised Schedule
As per the latest notice, the ATEO Exam will be conducted in Dhaka following the updated schedule. This recruitment process is being held under the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education, as per the recruitment circulars dated June 26, 2023 (Circular No. 40) and May 27, 2024 (Circular No. 102).
Here are the key details from the official notification:
- Re-scheduled Exam Date: September 12, 2025 (Friday)
- Exam Time: 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM (1 hour)
- Full Marks: 100
- Exam Center: Dhaka




How to collect BPSC ATEO Admit Card 2025
The Directorate of Primary Education will issue the Assistant Upazila/Thana Education Officer Admit Card 2025 online. Candidates can download it from the official Teletalk portal once it becomes available. Here’s how:
- Step 1: Visit the official website: bpsc.teletalk.com.bd
- Step 2: Click on the Admit Card option from the homepage.
- Step 3: Enter your User ID and Password in the given fields.
- Step 4: Click on the Submit/Login button.
- Step 5: Download and print the admit card to participate the exam.
Candidates are advised to collect the admit card as soon as possible to avoid technical issue.

Recover Lost User ID or Password
If you have forgotten your User ID or Password, don’t panic. The Teletalk portal allows easy recovery:
- Click on Recover User ID or Recover Password option.
- Provide your Name, Mobile Number, and Date of Birth.
- Select the post name and click Find.
- Your credentials will be displayed instantly
Exam Day Guidelines for Candidates
The authority has included several important instructions for candidates to participate the exam;
- No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam hall without a valid admit card.
- Candidates should arrive at least 30 minutes before the exam starts.
- Along with the admit card, carry a valid photo ID (such as NID or Passport).
- Mobile phones, smartwatches, and any electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.
- Only black or blue ballpoint pens should be used for answering the MCQ questions.
Earlier, ATEO was supposed to held on September 6, 2025. However, BPSC has postponed the date. A notice in this regard was issued on the official website.
