The National University of Bangladesh (NU) has officially published the Honours 3rd Year Result 2025 today, Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 4:00 PM. Students who appeared in the examination can now check their results online from the official NU websites.

This year, the Honours 3rd Year examinations were held under 342 centers across the country. A total of 880 colleges participated, and 3,43,146 students appeared in 31 different Honours subjects. According to the official press release, the overall pass rate is 93.18%, which marks a strong achievement for the students of National University.

The NU Honours 3rd Year Examination 2023 started on April 24, 2025, and continued until May 26, 2025. Students from different subjects such as BA, BSS, B.Sc, BBA, and B.Music participated.

A notice in this regard was issued by the National University authority. The officials also mentioned that they hold the right to correct or even cancel any result if inconsistencies or errors are found.

How to Check NU Honours 3rd Year Result 2025

The result with GPA and Marksheet is now available online. Students can now check their results easily through the official result portals of the National University. Follow the steps given below:

  • Visit the official NU result portal: results.nu.ac.bd (BA & BSS) or results.nubd.info (B.Sc, BBA, B.Music) using a stable internet connection.
  • Select “Honours 3rd Year” and set the exam year to 2023.
  • Enter your Roll or Registration number exactly as on your admit card.
  • Fill any required dropdowns (college/subject) if prompted, then click “Submit” or “Search Result”.
  • Wait for the result page to load; avoid refreshing repeatedly to prevent temporary access issues and server blocks.
  • Check subject-wise marks, grade points, total marks, GPA, and pass/fail status carefully.
  • Download/save the result as a PDF and/or take a clear screenshot for your records; keep student and college copies if possible.

The National University authority has clearly mentioned that if there is any error or inconsistency found in the published results, they reserve the right to revise or completely cancel the result. Students are advised to verify their results carefully.

Students who have passed should download and save a copy of their result for academic and job application purposes. Those who could not achieve the expected results can apply for re-scrutiny (Khata Challenge) once NU announces the official notice for it.
