The application process for the Dhaka University (DU) Undergraduate Admission 2025–2026 has officially ended. This year, a total of 284,216 students applied for admission. Last year, the number was 329,000, which means the count dropped by about 45,000. Even with this drop, the competition is still very high — on average, 46 students will compete for each seat.
The information was confirmed by DU’s Online Admission Committee on Thursday, 20 November. Now that the application period is closed, students are waiting for the next updates, such as exam dates, admit cards, and seat plans.
