Dhaka 17 by-Election has take place on Monday (July 17, 2023) from early morning at 08:00 AM. Now, it is time Dhaka 17 Election Result 2023, which will let you that who win the election. As per the schedule, the voting event has ended at 04:00 PM.
It is said that, the election has completed in peacefully, but an independent candidate named Hero Alom was assaulted physically during the vote. The incident took place at around 03:30 PM when he visiting Banani Bidyaniketan School and College polling center. SomoyTV has posted a video on their verified Facebook Page where Hero Alom explained the matter.
As per the report, a total of 3 lakh 25 thousand and 205 voters are supposed to be submit their vote for Dhaka 17 by-Election 2023. But, how many voters are submitted their votes not announced yet! It is assumed that, this will be mentioned within a few hours while Dhaka 17 Election Result 2023 announcement.
This year, the election is conducted on 605 booths in 124 polling centres across the capital. According to the news report, a total of eight candidates including independent candidate Hero Alom.
Note that, the ballots paper has used for the voting process instead Electronic voting machines (EVM). It is also said that, each polling centers of 605 booths are recorded via CCTV cameras to ensure the security.
