The HSC Exam Result of 1st and 2nd Year of Bangladesh Open University (BOU) has been published. Like previous years, girls have done better than boys. This year, the overall pass rate is 65.94 percent, according to the official report from the education board.
Students who took part in the exam can now check their results online. The results for both the regular and clearance (supplementary) exams are available on the official website.
This year, a total of 38,342 students were registered for the 1st and 2nd years combined. Among them, 31,421 students appeared in the main examination. Later, 16,266 students took part in the clearance exam, and 10,728 of them passed.
Officials said that the overall results are similar to last year’s performance. They also mentioned that students showed steady progress in preparation and attendance.
As in previous years, girls have shown stronger results than boys. The female pass rate is 66.77%, while the male pass rate is 64.41%. Education board officials said that better study habits, class attendance, and family support helped female students maintain this lead.
An official said, “It’s good to see that students, especially girls, are keeping up their excellent results. The overall pass rate also looks encouraging this year.”

- Select the Exam Name: Choose H.S.C. Examination 2025 from the menu.

- View Your Result: Your marks and GPA will appear on the screen.
Students can also get their results by SMS. Type the exam type, board, and roll number, and send it to the official number announced by the board.
