Meeting to Decide Dhaka University Admission Test Dates
Professor Dr. Saima Haque Bidisha, the Pro-Vice Chancellor (Administration) of Dhaka University, confirmed the update. She told on Saturday that two important meetings would be held this week to finalize the admission process.
“Tomorrow, the Deans’ Committee meeting will be held, followed by the Admission Committee meeting the next day (Monday). Usually, the deans discuss the matter among themselves first since they handle different units,” she said.
She added that the university also needs to consider the schedules of other universities, public holidays, and result publication dates before making a final decision.
Proposed Schedule for DU Admission 2026
During the recent Deans’ Committee meeting, a draft schedule for the admission tests was discussed. Although the final decision will come after Monday’s meeting, here’s the tentative schedule for the Dhaka University Admission Test 2025–26:

- Admission Committee Meeting: This meeting gives the final approval of the proposed dates. Usually, only minor changes are made after the discussion.
“If new proposals come up, they are discussed by everyone. Usually, after the Deans’ Committee meeting, everything is finalized at the Admission Committee meeting,” said Professor Bidisha, report The Daily Campus.
